Disabled American Veterans

A resident who has been determined by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs to be permanently and totally disabled,
for a disability other than blindness, and entitled to full benefits, is eligible to purchase any senior licenses.
A letter from the Veterans Administration stating you are totally and permanently disabled and eligible for veterans
benefits at the 100 percent rate is required.
